Indications
Extensive hyperpigmentation covering about 70% of the face after a failed peeling, uneven skin tone, weakened skin tolerance, and the need for a long-term, staged regenerating and brightening plan.
Case description
The case required careful therapy management due to previous skin irritation and the large area of discoloration.
Treatment protocol
- Stage 1: Rose de Mer Peeling as a controlled epidermal renewal procedure.
- Stage 2: Unstress treatment to soothe, regenerate, and improve skin comfort.
- Stage 3: Muse treatment aimed at brightening and evening skin tone.
- Stage 4: For 2 months, alternating Unstress and Muse treatments - 4 procedures each, once a week.
- Stage 5: 3 months of home care exclusively, without additional in-office stimulation.
- Stage 6: Repetition of the Muse series - 6 procedures performed every 10 days.

Effect
After approximately 6 months, a gradual lightening of extensive hyperpigmentation, improved skin tone uniformity, and better skin condition were achieved.
