Yes. Registration starts with verifying your company by its Tax ID (PL) or EU VAT number in official registers — GUS / KRS / CEIDG for Poland and VIES for EU companies. No diplomas or scans required to start.
What are the B2B pricing terms?
After verification you unlock the Pro price list across the full portfolio of 11 lines, plus custom terms for recurring orders above an agreed threshold.
How are the invoice and VAT handled?
For companies in Poland — a 23% VAT invoice. For EU companies with a valid VAT number — under the intra-Community supply / reverse charge procedure. The invoice is issued automatically with the order.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Free shipping from 200 PLN. For recurring orders we agree on custom terms.
Do I need to attach a diploma or certificate?
No — this is the business (B2B) path based on Tax ID / VAT verification. If you are a cosmetologist without your own business, choose the "I am a cosmetologist" account with professional status verification.
How long does company verification take?
We check the Tax ID / VAT in official registers (GUS / KRS / CEIDG or VIES). If the register does not confirm the industry, we verify the application manually and email you the result.
What if I run a business in the EU outside Poland?
Select your company country from the list and enter your EU VAT number — we will verify it in the VIES system. After a positive verification we agree on the terms of cooperation.
When do I get access to B2B prices?
Once your account is approved. We email a confirmation, and B2B prices are visible after you log in.
