Product Return Policy
1.1. The Christina Cosmetics online store managed by Top Cosmetics Europe Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: "the Store") sells cosmetic products for the face, neck and décolletage, and the product return policy sets out the conditions for product returns and complaints by the Customer making purchases in the Store.
1.2. The product return policy specifies the conditions and procedure for returns and exchanges of products in the Store, as well as the obligations of the Customer and the Store in this regard.
Right of withdrawal
2.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded with the Store within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This is an extended period - longer than the statutory minimum of 14 days guaranteed by EU consumer law.
2.2. For returned goods to be accepted by us, they must be in their original packaging and unused.
2.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Store of their decision by means of an unambiguous statement, using the form template available as an attachment to the store's regulations.

2.4. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent by post to the address: D.M.T. logistics center, ul. Parzniewska 18, 05-800 Pruszków, or by e-mail to the seller's e-mail address info@christinacosmetics.pl
2.4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to immediately return the products to the Christina Cosmetics store warehouse address.

2.5 The shipment should be sent by registered mail or courier, keeping proof of postage. The warehouse does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
2.6. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer - consumer immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the Store, all payments made by them related to the contract, including the costs of delivering the Products (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller)
2.7. The cost of returning the goods due to withdrawal from the contract shall be borne by the Customer.
Complaints
3.1. All product complaints should be reported within 14 days from the date of defect discovery.
3.2. Complaints can be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: info@christinacosmetics.pl
3.3. When submitting a complaint, the Customer should describe the product defect, send documented photographic evidence, and specify their demands.
3.4. The Store will process complaints within 14 days from the date of their receipt and inform the Customer about the outcome of the procedure.
3.5. In the case of a justified complaint, the Store will exchange the product for a new one or refund the Customer for the defective product and the delivery costs incurred by the Customer.
3.6. In the case of a complaint, the cost of returning the product to the Store shall be borne by the Store.
3.7. The Store is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products by the Customer.
3.8. Complaints will not be considered if the product defect is a result of normal wear and tear, improper use, or negligence on the part of the Customer.
Final provisions
4.1. The product return policy of the Christina Cosmetics store managed by Top Cosmetics Europe Sp. z o.o. is valid from the date of its publication on the Store's website.
4.2. The Store reserves the right to change the product return policy. Changes come into effect on the date of their publication on the Store's website.
4.3. The product return policy of Christina Cosmetics managed by Top Cosmetics Europe Sp. z o.o. does not limit the rights of the Customer under applicable law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act.
