Shipping policy

Delivery — Poland:

  • InPost Courier / Paczkomat: 19 PLN (free over 200 PLN), 1–2 business days.

Delivery — European Union (incl. Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czechia, Slovakia and other EU/EEA countries):

  • DHL Courier: 100 PLN (approx. 23 EUR), free over 850 PLN (approx. 200 EUR), 3–5 business days.
  • InPost (where available): rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery — Rest of world:

  • FedEx: 350 PLN, delivery time and final rate calculated at checkout.

Payment:

  • Fast transfer, Blik, Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Bank transfer (details below).

Returns:

  • Within 30 days of delivery (extended beyond the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal), unopened and unused, in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Send returns to D.M.T. Sp. z o.o. - Centrum Logistyczne, 05-800 Pruszków ul. Parzniewska 18 (Zwrot Christina).
  • Customer covers return shipping.

Complaints:

  • Within 14 days of noticing the defect via email: info@christinacosmetics.pl.
  • Include defect description and photos.
  • Resolved within 14 days; valid claims include free replacement/refund and covered shipping.
