Refund policy
We operate a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from delivery of your order to request a return (extended beyond the statutory minimum of 14 days). For an order containing several items delivered separately, the period is counted from the day the last item is delivered. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days (statutory) and 30 days (our extension)
By law you have 14 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, counted from delivery of the last item. Christina voluntarily extends this to 30 days. After submitting your declaration, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return or cancellation
The fastest way is to request a return yourself after signing in to your account: account.christinacosmetics.pl → select your order → “Request return”. Without logging in, you can submit your withdrawal declaration on our Returns and right of withdrawal page or by email to info@christinacosmetics.pl. Returns must be sent to: D.M.T. Sp. z o.o. — Centrum Logistyczne, ul. Parzniewska 18, 05-800 Pruszków (Zwrot Christina).
Phone-number-only checkout (no email): if you placed your order using only a phone number, without an email address, you cannot sign in to a customer account — use the return link in your SMS order confirmation or the right of withdrawal page.
Return shipping cost
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Order cancellation
An order that has not yet been fulfilled (shipped) can be cancelled free of charge — either yourself from your account or by contacting us.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exemptions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: goods supplied in a sealed package which are not suitable for return after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery (Art. 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act); items marked as final sale; gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or declined. Once approved, we refund the amount paid together with the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option; any surcharge for choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of their dispatch (usually within 10 business days). Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@christinacosmetics.pl.
