We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager who will strengthen B2B sales and lead relationships with key partners.

Your responsibilities

  • You build strong relationships with wholesale customers and partner networks; You understand their business needs perfectly.
  • You create and implement a prospecting plan: portfolio development and acquiring new partners.
  • You ensure the achievement of KPIs (sell-in / sell-through) and an increase in share brands on the market.
  • You monitor market trends and competitor activities in the industry professional.
  • You present the offer and conduct professional presentations and treatment demonstrations expert level.
  • You participate in forecasting and product range planning, you identify growth opportunities.
  • You report monthly results and share market insights.
  • You collaborate with marketing on support and execution plans campaign.

Your profile

  • Required: cosmetology education and practical ability to perform treatments .
  • Experience in sales and customer management in beauty/fashion/medical aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of professional products Christina – great asset.
  • Knowledge of the Warsaw cosmetology market – an even greater advantage.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and forecasting skills sales.
  • Ability to inspire a team and deliver results in a dynamic environment environment.
  • Proficiency in office and reporting tools (MS Office/spreadsheets) e.t.c.).
  • Great communication and high business culture.
  • Polish and English – very good knowledge;
  • Category B driving license; willingness to travel.
