Improved skin quality and reduction of hyperpigmentation in a 44-year-old woman

Patient: Female, 44 years oldTreatment duration: 5 monthsMain line: Bio Phyto

Indications

Decreased skin tone, dull complexion, impaired hydrolipidic barrier, increased TEWL, hyperpigmentation, visible wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes, occasional breakouts, and post-inflammatory spots.

Case description

The patient sought to improve skin quality, even out skin tone, and refresh her appearance. The skin analysis indicated the need for a phased approach: first, focusing on the hydrolipidic barrier, microcirculation, and sebum regulation, then on hyperpigmentation, texture, and the visibility of aging signs.

Effect

After 5 months, the skin showed a clear improvement in quality: the complexion became more even, and the skin looked fresher and more rested. Improved microcirculation was observed, with reduced visibility of wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes, normalized sebum secretion, and reduced symptoms associated with excessive TEWL.

Specialist's recommendation: For skin with hyperpigmentation and an impaired barrier, it is advisable to conduct therapy in stages, combining regulating, regenerating, soothing, and brightening treatments. Daily SPF 50 photoprotection and regular skincare supporting the hydrolipidic barrier are crucial.
