Improved skin quality and reduction of hyperpigmentation in a 44-year-old woman
Indications
Decreased skin tone, dull complexion, impaired hydrolipidic barrier, increased TEWL, hyperpigmentation, visible wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes, occasional breakouts, and post-inflammatory spots.
Case description
The patient sought to improve skin quality, even out skin tone, and refresh her appearance. The skin analysis indicated the need for a phased approach: first, focusing on the hydrolipidic barrier, microcirculation, and sebum regulation, then on hyperpigmentation, texture, and the visibility of aging signs.
