Indications

Deformational-edematous aging type, gravitational ptosis, persistent edema, "jowls," deepened nasolabial folds, couperose, hyperkeratosis, uneven skin tone and texture.

Case description

The therapy was planned as a phased combination of skin normalization, anti-edema work, vascular strengthening, and lifting-rejuvenating action. In the first phase, the priority was to reduce hyperkeratosis. Then, the Wish protocol was introduced, and the final stage with Line Repair was to consolidate the effect.

Treatment protocol

1. Bio Phyto — 2 treatments per week: cleansing, couperose work, hyperkeratosis reduction.
2. Wish — 4 treatments per week: anti-aging, edema reduction, improved tone and radiance.
3. Line Repair — 2 treatments per week: enhanced lifting effect, improved firmness.
4. For Wish and Line Repair treatments, a split facial, décolletage, and trapezius muscle massage was added.

Result

After 8 weeks, a significant lifting effect was achieved, also visible in the upper eyelid area. Edema was reduced, the facial oval became more defined, and nasolabial folds were noticeably shallower.
