Acne Vulgaris and Skin Hypersensitivity – Comodex Protocol
Indications
Active inflammatory process with papules and pustules, increased skin sensitivity, and enlarged pores in the T-zone. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and uneven skin texture on the forehead and chin were also visible.
Case Description
The young patient came for a consultation with her guardian, seeking to improve skin quality and reduce the visibility of acne lesions. After the interview, lifestyle factors, including diet and hydration, and the impact of skin condition on self-confidence were also considered. A gentle, staged in-clinic protocol and Christina home care were planned.
Treatment Protocol
- Unstress – 2 treatments, once every 2.5 months
- Bio Phyto – 2 treatments, once every 4 weeks
- Comodex + Rose de Mer Peel – 1 combined protocol treatment
Home Care
- Unstress Comfort Cleansing Mousse – morning and evening for gentle cleansing
- Unstress Stabilizing Toner – morning and evening after cleansing
- Line Repair Theraskin + HA Concentrate – morning, under cream
- Comodex Hydrate & Restore Serum – evening
- Comodex Mattify & Protect Cream SPF 15 – morning as a protective and mattifying cream
- Bio Phyto Balancing Cream – evening to support skin balance
Effect
After 2.5 months, a reduction in the activity of inflammatory lesions, improved skin clarity, and decreased skin reactivity were observed. Pores in the T-zone became less visible, and the skin tone and texture appeared more even. The improved skin appearance also positively impacted the patient's comfort and well-being.
