Acne after skin irritation with comedones and post-acne marks
Indications
Acne lesions, comedones, post-acne marks, and sensitive and reactive skin.
Case description
The patient reported an exacerbation of inflammatory lesions after a massage. Deep, painful imperfections and light post-acne marks appeared, even though the skin had not previously shown such a strong tendency for inflammation.
Treatment protocol
- Comodex – 7 treatments performed once a month.
- Rose de Mer Peel – 3 treatments, performed 7–10 days after selected Comodex treatments.
Home care
- Fresh Azulene Cleansing Gel for delicate & reddish skin – twice daily.
- Line Repair Hydra Theraskin + HA – to support hydration and skin comfort.
Result
After 8–9 months, the skin was significantly calmer: comedones were reduced, post-acne marks became invisible or minimal, and active inflammations appeared sporadically.
Specialist's recommendation: For sensitive skin, it is recommended to avoid accidental, intensive manual techniques and continue gentle cleansing, moisturizing, and periodic control of comedones in the salon.
