Comodex combined therapy for acne, atrophic changes, and first wrinkles

Indications

Therapy for adult skin with active acne vulgaris, a tendency for impurities, post-inflammatory changes, and weakened structure. Indications also included wrinkles around the eyes and nasolabial folds, requiring parallel work on regeneration, the hydrolipidic barrier, and evening out skin tone.

Case description

The case concerns an anonymous 38-year-old female client with problematic skin, simultaneously presenting symptoms of acne vulgaris, atrophic changes, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging. The treatment plan was phased: first, cleansing and regulation of acne lesions with the Comodex line, then restoring comfort and barrier with Unstress, and subsequently working on hyperpigmentation, skin structure, and post-acne marks with Rose de Mer.

Treatment protocol

1. Stage 1: 2 Comodex treatments performed weekly, combined with mechanical skin cleansing.
2. Stage 2: 3 Unstress treatments performed every 2 weeks, aimed at calming the skin and supporting the hydrolipidic barrier.
3. Stage 3: 3 Rose de Mer treatments performed every 2 weeks, to address hyperpigmentation and post-acne changes.
4. The entire plan was spread over 2 months, with regenerative breaks.

Effect

The goal of the 2-month therapy was to reduce active imperfections, cleanse the skin, improve its comfort, strengthen the barrier, and gradually even out skin tone and texture.
