Patient: 16 years old, femaleTreatment duration: 3 monthsMain line: Comodex

Indications

Numerous inflammatory lesions in acne vulgaris: papules, pustules, closed and open comedones, uneven skin tone, and visible post-inflammatory marks. The aim of the therapy was to cleanse the skin, reduce inflammation, regulate sebaceous gland activity, and improve the complexion's appearance before an important event.

Case description

A teenager presented to the clinic with severe acne vulgaris and significant stress due to an upcoming school graduation. The priority was to achieve the cleanest, calmer skin possible within three months. The treatment plan was based on phased work: skin cleansing and regulation, calming inflammation, reducing post-inflammatory marks, and restoring comfort.

Treatment protocol

  1. Comodex — 6 procedures to regulate sebum and reduce inflammatory lesions.
  2. Bio Phyto — 4 procedures supporting detoxification and regeneration.
  3. Illustrious — 2 procedures to even out skin tone and lighten post-inflammatory marks.
  4. Unstress — 2 procedures to soothe and regenerate skin comfort.
  5. Rose de Mer Peel — 1 peeling procedure, regenerating the epidermis.
  6. Additionally: diet supporting the therapy, facial cryomassage, daily pillowcase change.

Home care

  • Unstress Comfort Cleansing Mousse — gentle cleansing without a feeling of tightness.
  • Unstress Stabilizing Toner — toning and supporting skin balance.
  • Comodex Control & Regulate Day Treatment — daily care to regulate sebum.
  • Comodex Correct & Prevent Gel — targeted support for acne lesions.
  • Comodex Renew & Repair Night Treatment — night care focused on regeneration.
  • Rose de Mer Post Peeling Cover Cream — protective cream after peeling.

Effect

After three months, a very good therapeutic effect was achieved. With each subsequent procedure, an improvement was visible: the number of inflammatory lesions decreased, the skin gradually cleansed, the tone became more even, and congestion and post-inflammatory marks were less visible. The complexion regained freshness, a smoother appearance, and a healthy glow.

Specialist's recommendation: in cases of severe acne vulgaris, it is advisable to start therapy in advance, especially before important events. The best effect is achieved by combining in-clinic procedures, regular home care, and simple hygiene principles.
