Nuance for uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, and loss of skin firmness

Patient: Female, 58 years oldTreatment duration: 4 weeks, 2 treatmentsMain line: Nuance

Indications

Uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation after sun exposure, tissue ptosis, wrinkles around the eyes, between the eyebrows, and on the forehead. Medical history: hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency under medical supervision, rosacea in remission, menopause approximately 8 years ago. Gentle, staged procedures were chosen.

Case description

The therapy was planned for mature skin with signs of biological aging, uneven tone, and loss of firmness. Due to the sensitive medical history, the Nuance line was used, aimed at improving the appearance of mature skin and achieving a more harmonious tone.

Treatment protocol

  1. Cosmetological consultation including medical history and rosacea remission.
  2. 2 treatments using the Nuance protocol at 14-day intervals.
  3. Procedures conducted gently, observing skin reactivity.

Home care

  • Unstress Gentle Cleansing Milk
  • Unstress Stabilizing Toner
  • Line Repair Firm Daytime Guard SPF 50
  • Line Repair Firm Allday Eye Rescue
  • Line Repair Firm Nighttime Rehab

Effect

After the first treatment, a lifting effect and fresher skin appearance were noted. After two treatments, the skin presented a more even tone, visible lightening of sun-induced discolorations, and an optical reduction of wrinkles in the upper third of the face.

Specialist's recommendation: It is recommended to continue Nuance therapy every 10–14 days, in a series of at least 10 treatments. For skin prone to reactivity and with rosacea in remission, it is advisable to maintain a gentle home care regimen and daily photoprotection.
