Indications
Oily skin with enlarged pores, open comedones, painful inflammatory elements in the neck area, stagnant spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in the lower third of the face and on the neck, and pigmentation around the eyes.

Treatment protocol
- Comodex — 1 introductory treatment.
- Bio Phyto — 3 treatments every 10 days.
- Illustrious — 3 treatments every 14 days.
- Stage 3: microneedling with dermapen 12 needles after Illustrious Peel Powder solution (step 2a) + Illustrious Peel Activator (step 2b).
- Topical Baneocin on active lesions twice a day for 7 days.
- An elimination diet (sugar, dairy) and endocrinologist and gastroenterologist consultations were recommended.

Effect
After 8 months, a significant improvement in skin quality, a reduction in the tendency for inflammatory eruptions, and complete evening out of pigmentation around the eyes and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of the lower third of the face and neck were achieved.
