Indications

Severe papulopustular acne with deep, highly inflamed papules and cysts, numerous efflorescences, a compromised hydrolipidic barrier, and visible skin defects: dark post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and scars.

Case description

A case requiring a phased protocol aimed at calming skin reactivity, supporting the hydrolipidic barrier, reducing the visibility of post-inflammatory lesions, and gradually evening out the skin's texture.

Treatment protocol

  1. Bio Phyto: 3 treatments once a week.
  2. Topical dermatological therapy: Dalacin ointment for 2 months.
  3. Non-invasive carboxytherapy: 10 treatments every 5 days.
  4. Rose de Mer Peel: 4 treatments every 21 days.
