Allantoin Allantoin

Allantoin is one of the most versatile cosmetic ingredients, occurring naturally in plants (e.g. comfrey) and animals. In cosmetics it works on several fronts — it soothes irritation, calms redness and accelerates the skin's natural regeneration. It has keratolytic properties (gently exfoliating) as well as keratoplastic ones (promoting epidermal rebuilding), which smooths the skin's texture. It also acts as an emollient, softening the skin and improving its elasticity, and as a humectant that retains moisture. Ideal for all skin types, especially sensitive, damaged skin, skin after dermatological treatments or after excessive sun exposure.

How to use

  1. Apply a generous layer and massage with upward strokes for 10 to 15 minutes
  2. Add water and keep massaging with chilled Beauty Globes for 5 minutes
  3. Do not rinse off; go on to step 5
  4. Use within 12 months of opening

How to use
Can I combine this product with other Christina lines?
Yes. All Christina lines are designed for compatibility. You'll get the best results by following a complete routine from a single line — the products mutually reinforce each other's effects. You can also combine products from different lines (e.g. a Forever Young serum + a Muse cream). One exception: introduce retinoid and AHA/BHA products gradually and do not apply them on the same evening — this may irritate the skin. Always use a sunscreen the next morning. If in doubt, use our free consultation.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on business days before 11:30 are shipped the same day — you'll receive your parcel the next business day. Free delivery for orders over PLN 200. Standard processing time: 24–48 business hours.

Can I return a product?
You have 30 days to return a purchased product from the moment of delivery — an extended period beyond the statutory 14 days. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. More information in our return policy.

Are Christina products tested on animals?
According to the manufacturer, the ingredients in Christina products are not tested on animals. We verify the safety of our formulas in clinical trials with volunteers under dermatological supervision. Independently of this, Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 applies in the European Union. Its Article 18 bans animal testing of cosmetic products and their ingredients in the EU to meet the requirements of the Regulation. It also bans selling in the EU cosmetics whose formulation or ingredients were tested on animals for that purpose. The ban applies to every cosmetic product on the EU market.

Can I use the products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
We give pregnancy information product by product, based on the manufacturer's materials or official Christina materials. If these materials say a product can be used during pregnancy, you will see this in its product features. If they say it should not be used during pregnancy, we list this under contraindications. How should I store the product after opening?
Store Christina products at room temperature (15–25°C), away from direct sunlight and heat sources. After opening, the product retains its full efficacy for the period marked with the PAO symbol (e.g. 12M = 12 months) on the packaging. Products with active vitamins (C, retinol) should be stored away from light.

How should I apply Christina cosmetics correctly?
Apply Christina cosmetics in order from the lightest to the richest texture: toner, serum, cream, oil. Apply to clean, slightly damp skin using circular motions from the center of the face outward. A full routine takes 3–5 minutes, twice a day.
